  • How do I order a custom?

    I am not able to take customs at this time. Feel free to message me via instagram or email in case things have changed! However I try to keep up with general requests on my Instagram or Tiktok!

  • Can I return my item?

    I'm not currently able to process refunds at this time. There is potential for minor flaws in each piece due to each item being second hand and sewn by me. If there is an issue with your order please email me at 207threadsshop@gmail.com

  • How do I care for my item?

    I suggest all items should be washed on a cold gentle cycle and either air dried or tumble dried with low or no heat due to the item being handmade and not commercially manufactured!

  • How are materials sourced?

    All materials are sourced second hand. Materials can come from a wide variety of places but most commonly are ordered on reselling sites, thrifted, or sometimes donated to me!

  • How do I bid on an item?

    All bidding posts are done through my instagram page. To place a bid on an item

    -see caption for availability an the current highest bid , send me a message with your offer!

    - i usually let bids run for 12 hours so be sure to check the post for bid updates! i will message the winning bidder.

  • Can my order be dropped off locally?

    If your zip code is not included in the local drop off section and you think you may be eligible for local drop off please message me via instagram or email!
